yesterday in victoria school,
we guys somehow celebrated chinese new year,
or cny for short on the eve eve eve of cny,
which is i guess cool???haha..
well cause of that, this year we
did not have any girls performing for us...
yeah!WELCOME to the sad sad life of vs..haiz!!!
and no half day too!!!what kinda crap?!
well okay..we were released 1hour early.. -.-
the concert somehow started at around 10.30am..
it started with the chinese orchestra putting up a brilliant show..
with 2songs back to back..
the the cldds performed for us a skit for us on
what kind of impact parents have on us..
also some dudes dance for us one stage..haha....break dance..
but the best part of the whole concert was that we actually
had a group of old folks from the old folk's home
over for lunch and to enjoy the concert..
this may not mean anything to the most of us
as we have people around us who care for us like
our parents, friends, teachers and many many more..
however these old folks may not have been given as much
love as we are given by the people around us
thus when they feel that people around them care for
them they would feel happy, glad, comforted
that there are still people out there who still do care for them..
we even had 3of them go on stage to sing a few songs for us Victorians..
what touched my heart was that the whole school clapped
and cheered along with them,,somehow showing that they were wanted
and at the same time giving them their few minutes of fame..
i'm really proud i'm in such a
kind and caring institution..
where kindness and care is above all others..
